These are different types of etizolam drug, derivatives of benzodiazepines. These drugs are known to induces sleep and controls seizures by stimulating the action of a neurotransmitter called GABA in the brain. All these drugs possess some amnesic, hypnotic, anxiolytic, and sedative properties.

Pasaden

Pasaden is a benzodiazepine analog which is used to treat anxiety, sleep disorders, and panic disorders (due to sudden or unexpected attacks of extreme fear and worry). It is a medium acting benzodiazepine derivative with potent hypnotic properties. The most common side effects associated with this drug are drowsiness, headache, slurred speech, visual disturbances, incoordination, sedation, fainting, urinary retention or incontinence, gastrointestinal disturbances, etc.

Patients with history lung insufficiency, impaired lever, and muscle weakness need to consult doctors before using this drug. It is advisable for women to avoid consumption of pasaden during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Ezolent

Ezolent is mainly administered for the treatment of disorders such as depression (major depressive episodes), anxiety like social phobia, generalized anxiety, panic attacks with or without agoraphobia, post-traumatic stress disorder, and obsessive compulsive related issues.

This medicine is a type of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) which works on the serotonin system in the brain and increases the level of serotonin. Serotonin is a monoamine neurotransmitter (called as a chemical messenger in the brain) regulates our anxiety, depression, happiness, and mood. Low levels of serotonin have been associated with the development of these types of disorders. In such condition ezolent becomes very effective, it triggers the levels of serotonin chemical that relieves the symptoms of depression, anxiety, and obsessive disorders and provides a calming state to the individual.

Ezolent is considered as a quite safe medicine and a potent etizolam drug. However, it may cause some side effects due to overdosage or prolonged usage of this drug such as nausea, diarrhea, difficulty in sleeping, fatigue, etc.

Towa or Depas

Depas is an anti-anxiety drug belongs to the thienodiazepine family. This non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine is specifically used for the treatment of various physical disorders and psychosomatic diseases such as nervous breakdown symptoms sleep disorders, anxiety, tension, inflammation, sprains, bone fracture, muscle spasms, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), intestinal cramps, etc. Depas also acts as an analgesic known to reduce pain related to arthritis, acute injury, menstrual pain, dysmenorrhea.

It has high anti-depressant effect compared to other drugs of the same class. Depas binds the neuro receptors and BZD receptor cells in the brain and provide a calming effect to the individual. Though this drug isn’t marketed as a sleeping pill, but it can be used to quell the overwrought nerves that help to fall asleep.  The action of this drug is similar to a minor tranquillizer, has a half-life of 6 hours that makes it quite favorable over any regular sleeping pills.

Like any other medicine, it also causes some side effects including nausea, eating disorder, dry mouth, vomiting, constipation, etc. But most of these side effects are very rare, may cause only due to overdoses.
